Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any of the following prohibited activities:

Illegal Activities

High-Risk Activities

Monitoring and Compliance

We actively monitor transactions for prohibited activities. Suspected violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Chargeback Process

When a customer disputes a transaction, the following process applies:

  1. Notification: We notify you of the chargeback within 24 hours
  2. Documentation: You provide evidence to support the transaction
  3. Representation: We represent your case to the card issuer
  4. Resolution: The card issuer makes a final decision

Your Responsibilities

To minimise chargebacks, you must:

  • Provide clear transaction descriptions
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Follow best practices for card-not-present transactions
  • Implement fraud prevention measures

Chargeback Fees and Liability

You are liable for chargebacks and associated fees. We reserve the right to hold funds or require reserves if chargeback rates exceed acceptable levels.

Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as follows:

  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We do not guarantee continuous service availability
  • We are not liable for third-party actions or system failures

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Disputes with your customers
  • Unauthorised use of your account
  • Your business activities or products/services

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events.

Data Protection and Privacy
